Bug#611249: gcc-4.4: Fix PR44606 concerning powerpcspe architecture

Not sure, if the release team wants such kind of patches at this stage. At least 
the version in unstable didn't yet migrate.  I won't do this update anyway, 
mostly offline until Feb 13.
