Package: gcc-4.3
Version: 4.3.2-1.1
Severity: normal

When compiling following source code

--------
typedef int * intp;
void foo(intp);
void bar(void (*)(void*));

void warning()
{
    bar(foo);
}
--------
gcc warns about
`` passing argument 1 of ‘bar’ from incompatible pointer type ''
It seems not to understand intp is a typedef on a pointer type.

This does not look like a relevant warning to me.

I hope I provided enough information ?

Thanks anyway !

void (*)(void*) and void (*)(int*) are simply not compatible. The
typedef has nothing to do with this.
