Latest m4 FTBFS on several architectures, for different reasons.
On hppa, it seems to trigger a gcc bug:

gcc: Internal error: Aborted (program collect2)

I assume a build-depends on gcc-4.3 would be a workaround for this, but
that should only be done as a last resort.
