Bug#546443: sh4: please add "/usr/include/sh4-linux-gnu" to include search path.
The mapping is missing in gcc/multiarch.h (see
debian/patches/gcc-multiarch.inc). What is the corresponding GNU
triplet to m4-nofpu (it seems to be sh4-linux-gnu for m4)?
