Sorry and apologies for that, i probably pick that severity level
because package was new on experimental and package was unusable.

I do not understand very well, what are you trying to say here.

Are you proposing to create another package that builds together
binutils-source/gcc-4.x-source/glibc-source/linux-2.6 ?

We have emchain (part of emdebian-tools) which builds all those
together. Additionally we have a builder (not yet a debian package).
