When building cross compilers,
Depends: gcc-4.3-s390-linux-gnu-base (= 4.3.2-1.1), cpp-4.3-s390-linux-gnu (= 4.3.2-1.1), binutils-s390-linux-gnu (>= 2.17cvs20070426), libgcc1-s390-cross (>= 1:4.3.2-1.1), libgomp1 (>= 4.3.2-1.1), libc6 (>= 2.3)

Crosscompilers should not depend on non -cross lib versions libgomp1 (>= 4.3.2-1.1), libc6 (>= 2.3)
