the gcc 4.4.2-2 built with eglibc 2.9-25 has not the problem and current
gcc 4.4.2-1 is built with eglibc 2.9-26 [0]. should i try building
4.4.2-1 with eglibc 2.10.1-5 or are we convinced it is NPTL?
