Package: gcc272
Version: 2.7.2.3-19

When testing upgrades of gcc272 from sarge via etch to sid, I get the
following error:

1m58.0s ERROR: Package purging left files on system:
  /etc/alternatives/cc
  /etc/alternatives/cc.1.gz
  /usr/bin/cc
  /usr/share/man/man1/cc.1.gz

Testing just install/remove in sid with the current version of the
package works fine, but upgrades break.

The gcc272 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/439705 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
