Yes, I did not upload 4.3 version yet, packages are more or less ready but
still untested, real life suxx.
However, I think that bug report is not about 4.3 documentation not
available. Reporter claims that 'man gcc' shows nothing. However, 'man
gcc' will show gcc manual page (4.2 one) if gcc-doc is installed. I
believe submitter's issue is that he is unaware of separate gcc-doc
package.
