  * Resynced against  debian gcc 4.1.2-22.
    - Had to resolve failed hunks in svn-doc-updates.dpatch.
  * Fixed doc-base sections to match doc-base policy. Thanks lintian.
  * Added java documentation package. Closes: #394175, #405701.
