Bug#475365: gcc-defaults: make gnat-4.3 the default on all remaining architectures

Now that gnat-4.3 is available on all architectures, we can make it the default
everywhere. The architectures where gnat-4.3 is not yet the default are alpha,
mips and mipsel.

PS. Despite the recent build failure of 4.3.0-4 on alpha, 4.3.0-3 is available
there and the changes in 4.3.0-4 only affect mips and mipsel.
