dropping gcc-3.4 on hppa for the release

Proposing to drop gcc-3.4 for the lenny release, at least on the hppa
architecture. There are currently some packages left build-depending
on gcc-3.4/g++-3.4 [1]. Could the hppa port maintainers agree on
dropping support for these packages for lenny? That would have the
additional advantage that we can remove libgcc2 (built from the
gcc-4.0 sources) from the release.

If you're a package maintainer of one of the packages qemu,
smarteiffel, stegdetect, wordtrans, prc-tools, please consider
uploading this package with a build dependency on gcc-3.4 [!hppa] and
explicitely failing the build on the hppa architecture.
