Package: libgcj8-1 Version: 4.2.2-3 Severity: serious I'm getting multiple FTBFS's from Java packages like this one from ecj: ... dh_perl -pecj-gcj dh_shlibdeps -pecj-gcj dpkg-shlibdeps: failure: no dependency information found for /usr/lib/gcj-4.2-81/libgcj_bc.so.1 (used by debian/ecj-gcj/usr/bin/ecj-gcj). dh_shlibdeps: command returned error code 512 make: *** [binary-predeb-IMPL/ecj-gcj] Error 1 dpkg-buildpackage: failure: fakeroot debian/rules binary gave error exit status 2 It appears that now that dpkg-shlibdeps respects RPATH entries, it's finding libgcj_bc in libgcj8-1 instead of libgcj-bc, and then complaining that libgcj8-1 doesn't have the requisite shlibs entry. -- Daniel Schepler
