I am able to reproduce this bug by adding a couple of options to g++.
The instructions I used are
$dpkg-source -x icewm_1.2.32-2.dsc
$cd icewm-1.2.32/src/
$g++ -g -c yapp.cc -I/usr/include/freetype2
yapp.cc:472: internal compiler error: in reference_to_unused, at
dwarf2out.c:10010
