The gcc-3.3 source already builds a lib64stdc++5 for s390x and
sparc64. It should build a lib32stdc++5 for amd64 as well.
To avoid version scews and risk mis-builds ia32-libs won't contain
things that can be built natively and things that are
build-depends. lib32stdc++5 falls under this.
