Bug#456596: gdc-4.1: no longer provides gdc

Justification: makes all D Packages Build-Depending on gdc FTBFS
Previous versions of gdc-4.1 used to provide gdc, but this was dropped
in your latest upload. All D games in the pkg-games repository
currently use gdc as a build-depends, so they all fail to build now.
(These are a7xpg, bulletss, gunroar, mu-cade, parsec47, titanion,
torus-trooper, tumiki-fighters, val-and-rick, and a few not yet
uploaded.)
