Bug#420533: Many empty pages still in packages from gcc-3.4 source

After a quick bit of investigation, the following binaries built from 
the gcc-3.4 source package have empty manpages:
cpp-3.4 / i486-linux-gnu-cpp-3.4 [links to cpp(1)]
gcc-3.4 / i486-linux-gnu-gcc-3.4 [links to gcc(1)]
gcov-3.4

So, while this bug was fixed for g77-3.4, it still exists for the rest 
of the gcc suite.
