Now that I look at them I see they're not RC, sorry about that.  They
would probably be RC if gcc-4.2 were the default compiler. But I think
they're important enough that I don't want to start building other
packages on top of this release, and they affect the back-end.

There is also #432356 which means the build scripts will change some
more before the upload.
