Bug#425385: gcc-4.1: cross compiler depends on libssp0

Building a cross compiler for arm resulted in a package that depends
on libssp0, whereas the native gcc-4.1 (in the current version) cannot
coexist with libssp0.
The same procedure used to work with previous
versions.
