Bug#406017: purge error: rmdir: no such file or directory



Package: libgcj8
Version: 4.2-20070105-1

This package is not installed on my system anymore.
I just wanted to purge it (it was not).

A package failed to install.  Trying to recover:

It doesn't help to create the directory on my own (/var/lib/gcj-4.2/).
"-f" doesn't help either.
All the actions i tried with aptitude, not apt-get.
