Bug#405548: java-gcj-compat-plugin: fails to configure if iceape is not installed
Package: java-gcj-compat-plugin
Version: 1.0.65-9
Severity: normal
iceape is not installed and java-gcj-compat-plugin fails to configure due to
that:
Setting up java-gcj-compat-plugin (1.0.65-9) ...
update-alternatives: unable to make
/usr/lib/iceape/plugins/libjavaplugin.so.dpkg-tmp a symlink to /etc/alternatives/iceape-javaplugin.so: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing java-gcj-compat-plugin (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
java-gcj-compat-plugin
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
I see that this is brand-new in -9 and guess that a similar problem will
happen if iceweasel is not installed.
