Hello GCC maintainers,
I hit this bug again on crest which is running 4.0.3-1.
I retried the test suite I provided and I get the ICE back:

crest% wget http://people.debian.org/~ballombe/misc/kernel.i
crest% gcc-4.0 -c -O1 -fomit-frame-pointer -g -o kernel.o kernel.i
In file included from ../src/headers/pari.h:95,
                 from ../src/kernel/none/level0.c:18:
./pariinl.h: In function 'addllx':
./pariinl.h:70: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
See <URL:http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html> for instructions.
For Debian GNU/Linux specific bug reporting instructions,
see <URL:file:///usr/share/doc/gcc-4.0/README.Bugs>.

I also have some evidence that -fomit-frame-pointer produce
broken code on m68k, but this bug make them hard to debug.

Cheers,

Imagine a large red swirl here.
