Bug#347808: defaults for -march/-mtune

Yes, I saw it. 
That is also reason, why I wrote "re-enable cpu-default-i486.dpatch"

It is not yet available on amd64.

My (testing) mistake, they are

gcc-3.3 -march=i386 -mtune=athlon
gcc-3.4 -march=i386 -mtune=k8 (for 3.4.5-1)
gcc-4.0 -march=i486 -mtune=k8
