I know libgcj.pc is shipped by gcj but bugreports tells me to choose you
as gcj is a dependency package.
As told gcj ship :
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/../../lib/pkgconfig/libgcj.pc -> libgcj7-0.pc
when libgcj7-dev ship with libgcj7.pc.
It is used by monodevelop boo plugin .

libgcj7-dev: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libgcj7.pc
