Erm... that's not a version number of the package cpp-3.3.

It looks like you've attempted to mix and match packages from stable and
testing/unstable. That's not supported.

The version of gcc-3.3-base in sarge (stable) is currently 1:3.3.5-13, which
satisfies the dependencies. 1:3.3.6-5 isn't in the archive at all at the
moment (testing and unstable both have -13). -5 is newer than sarge, but
still over 15 months out of date.

Downgrade gcc-3.3-base to the sarge version, in line with the rest of your
system, and cpp-3.3 will install fine.

Closing as this isn't a bug in the package.
