Severity: important

Hi,

When trying to build ikvm on amd64, it seems to be stuck
in an infinite loop, I killed it after having used 14h of
CPU time.

The build log shows:
                 [exec] Starting 'ecj (-g -1.5 -nowarn -cp mscorlib.jar:System.jar @allsources.lst)' in '/usr/src/ikvm-0.22.0.0/classpath'
                 [exec] + test -x /usr/bin/ecj-bootstrap
                 [exec] + exec /usr/bin/ecj-bootstrap -g -1.5 -nowarn -cp mscorlib.jar:System.jar @allsources.lst

It's then executing:
/usr/bin/gij-4.0 -Dgnu.gcj.precompiled.db.path=/var/lib/gcj-4.0/classmap.db -Djava.ext.dirs=/usr/lib/java-ext:/usr/share/java-ext org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.batch.Main -g -1.5 -nowarn -cp mscorlib.jar:System.jar @allsources.lst

A full build log is available at
http://amd64.ftbfs.de/fetch.php?&pkg=ikvm&ver=0.22.0.0-1&arch=amd64&stamp=1137959910&file=log&as=raw

I have no idea how to give a more useful bug report.

Kurt
