Bug#388268: gcc-4.2: doesn't provide libgomp1-dev any more

Hi,

Version 4.2-20060709-1 of gcc-4.2 used to ship libgomp1-dev, needed for
compiling OpenMP programs, but now version 4.2-20060905-1 doesn't any
more.
