Bug#361024: problem affects many other programs

Hello,

dia displays a fatal error on startup, too. I suspect that a lot of
programs is affected, and I'm not sure if my most recent series of gq
crashes (usually "rock solid" for me) could be attributed to this
problem, too.

Since unrelated software is affected, I suggest upgrading to
"important".
