Bug#328684: g++-4.0: 4.0.1-7 chokes on code that compiles fine on 4.0.1-6

The attached minimal example compiles cleanly with 4.0.1-6, but chokes with
the also included errors if compiled with 4.0.1-7.
Please ignore the boost-warning, I have to use Boost 1.32, but the same
error occurs with Boost 1.33
