Bug#298174: gcc-3.4: Missing *mmintrin.h on amd64

As the subject says, the amd64 debs are missing mmintrin.h,
pmmintrin.h, and xmmintrin.h from
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux/3.4.4/include.  (I discovered this when
trying to build the latest CVS version of glucas for amd64.)
