Of course it does; you just need to make sure you always have the g++
_and_ the libstdc++5-3.3-dev package installed.

Actually, _you_ do not have to make sure you do; use the right tools to
install packages (i.e., aptitude, synaptic, or another package
installation frontend), and the tools will ensure this dependency is met
for you.

If they don't, and you're running stable, then you should ask for help
on the proper mailinglist for user support, which is
debian-user@lists.debian.org; this list is for coordination of
maintenance of the gcc packages.
