Bug#323285: /usr/lib64 should be in a separate package

'rm -rf /usr/lib64' will work just fine for me for the time being. not
even sure why i bothered filling the bug since i kind of expected this
kind of answer from you.
anyway, i tried taking a look at the package but the build
dependencies are just as braindead:
Unmet build dependencies: lib64gcc1 amd64-libs-dev
now, again, why would i want those packages installed on a 32 bit
machine? but whatever...
