This does not happen with gcc-snapshot, which I have used to temporarily
compile the affected file, so I can continue with work.  Also, this does
not happen with g++-3.4, so it is a regression.

- -9 since it is 1.3 MB uncompressed.

It's not reproducible with 4.0.1-3. Please recheck on another machine
as well. gcc segfaults are likely to be triggerd by bad hardware.
