Package: GCC
Version: 4:3.4.0-1
Severity: minor

man cc and man c++ return an error, because the symlinks /usr/share/man/man1/cc.1.gz (or c++.1.gz) point
/usr/share/man/man1/cc.1.gz (or g++) that aren't present, so the
symlinks are broken.

the Debian testing/unstable versions of the the gcc and the cpp
package are at version 4:3.3.5-1 and do have the correct
symlinks. Most likely the package you did install doesn't have the
correct symlinks, but it's not part of Debian.
