Bug#252943: gnat-3.3: Libgnat seems to be build without -fPIC on amd64

I managed to add a few -fPIC to gcc so libgnat.a is build with
-fPIC. After that the ada packages building libraries work without the
-fPIC error from gcc.

What else is there to port? I'm not talking about a libgnat.so.
