Bug#263925: Faulty cross-configure.dpatch
Package: gcc-3.4
Version: gcc-3.4_3.4.1ds1-5
cross-patch.dpatch too old for this package,
and hence always faild to apply on configure/configure.in.
Below patch fix it.
