Bug#262658: [m68k] ICE in add_insn_before, at emit-rtl.c:3599 building logrotate

The buildd is choking with:

This ICE occurs with gcc-3.2 and gcc-3.3, but not 3.0. As crest does not
have 3.4 installed in its unstable chroot, I can't tell if it's fixed
there.
If -O0 is used, the ICE does not occur.
