Bug#253239: gcc-2.95 does not compile

I believe building cross-compiler is currently broken in gcc-2.95
It works however in gcc-3.3 and gcc-3.4 - probably you should try those.

I have plans to fix cross-compiler building in gcc-2.95 also - but I can't 
predict the timescale.
