Re: GCC Alpha IEEE patch

Please can you submit this patch upstream (gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org)
against the HEAD branch of gcc (which you can find as the gcc-snapshot
package in Debian). Add the documentation to gcc/doc/invoke.texi.

It's up to Chris Chimelis or Falk, if it should be applied to the gcc
package.
