Bug#196744: gcc-3.3: should depend on binutils >= 2.14.90.0.4-0.1 on mips

When trying to build XFree86 with gcc-3.3 and binutils 2.13.90.0.10-1 on mips I
get:

/var/scratch/xfree86/build-newport$  make World 
/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc-lib/mips-linux/3.3/crtbegin.o: linking abicalls files with non-abicalls files
Bad value: failed to merge target specific data of file /usr/lib/gcc-lib/mips-linux/3.3/crtbegin.o
/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc-lib/mips-linux/3.3/crtend.o: linking abicalls files with non-abicalls files
Bad value: failed to merge target specific data of file /usr/lib/gcc-lib/mips-linux/3.3/crtend.o

right at the beginning of the build. Upgrading to 2.14.90.0.4-0.1 fixed this.
