Subject: Bug#185779: libstdc++ breaks when NetBSD is build with -lc in LIB_SPEC shared

While the report remains true (in fact), on even recent versions of GCC
3.3, a discussion with the NetBSD toolchain folks pointed out that this is
not, in fact, the right way to accomplish the actual goal that was being
aimed for.

Therefore, this bug can be closed (both upstream, and on Debian), as far as
I'm concerned; it was trying to fix something that wasn't actually broken
(just a misunderstanding of how LIB_SPEC interacts on NetBSD).

My apologies for any confusion or wasted time it may have caused.
