Bug#224200: gcc-3.3 fails to generate EH_FRAME program-header



gcc-3.3 is configured with --enable-sjlj-exceptions (done to keep
compatibility with gcc-3.2). I don't know if the dwarf2 unwinder will
work with this setup.
