Bug#194393: linstdc++5 breaking packages on debian sarge

Packages?  In /usr/local?  Yuck...

This should be the correct solution.  The libgcc_s.so file is
backwards-compatable; the system's copy should be the most up to date,
and should suffice for all the rest.
