Suggests attributes in ANSI mode

Even in ANSI mode (in my case, using -pedantic) the compiler suggests
function attrbiutes, e.g.:

warning: function might be possible candidate for attribute
   `noreturn'

This seems appropriate only when compiling without the -ansi flag.
