Justification: renders package unusable

When compiling, g++-3.3 complains
/usr/include/c++/3.3/i386-linux/bits/atomicity.h:2:1: unterminated #ifndef

There should be an extra #endif at the bottom of atomicity.h before the
last one to match the processor symbol test.
