Bug#186185: [arm] Internal compiler error when compiling fftw

Version: 3.2.3

Compiling fftw version 2.1.3 on arm with gcc 3.2 results in an internal
compiler error:

cc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../fftw -I../fftw -I./../fftw -I. -O6 -fomit-frame-pointer -Wall -W -Wcast-qual -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align -pedantic -fno-schedule-insns -fschedule-insns2 -fstrict-aliasing -Wp,-MD,.deps/frc_128.pp -c frc_128.c  -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/frc_128.lo
frc_128.c: In function `fftw_real2hc_128':
frc_128.c:2562: Internal compiler error in change_address_1, at emit-rtl.c:2029
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.

It is possible that this bug is related to Debian Bug#180750 but the
problem occurs at a different line number in emit-rtl.c.

This package builds on all other supported architectures.
