Package: gcc-3.3
Version: Unknown - Unstable

I have just installed gcc-3.3 and it does not have a proper setup and
there is no compiler. I cannot do an apt-cache show gcc-3.3.
Interesting result really...

apt-cache show gcc-3.3-base

it's a feature, not a bug. gcc-3.3 binaries are currently only built
for s390. You can build them yourself by downloading the gcc-3.3
source, and adding your architecture no_dummy_archs in debian/rules.defs.

Report your results here please which (libstdc++5 dependent)
applications break and which continue to work.

	Matthias

PS: I plan to build libgcc1 from the gcc-3.3 source in a week or so on
i386. It does work for me here on i386 for some time. Any other
    architectures, which should be considered?
