Please try and contact the author, get permission if possible, then
include this in the GCC distribution or SOMETHING.  I cannot guarantee
it will always be available from me...

I got this from someone who responded to my query in a Usenet newsgroup
as to the whereabouts of this document, which was mentioned in the GCC
documentation, with a stale URL to an FTP site in South America
someplace, IIRC.
