Bug#168991: libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2: latest unstable upgrade has broken symlink

Package: libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2
Version: 1:2.95.4-14
Severity: grave
Tags: sid
Justification: renders package unusable

latest upgrade to libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2 version 1:2.95.4-14 breaks the
system, as the /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 symlink does not exist,
although the /usr/lib/libstdc++libc6.2-2.so.3 symlink does exists. This
causes all packages on the system that refer to this symlink to break,
including apt-get.
