Seems a likely problem. Currently there's some dependency hassle with the 
libc6-dev versions in testing, I re-installed version 2.2.5-14.3 for the 
moment (which didn't help), I'll tell more as soon as I can apt-get a newer 
libc6. math.h is present and belongs to the right package.
